Coach FOundation , Inc. helps the community through our Home Purchase Assistance Program.

We, in partnership with the City of Tampa's Mayor Challenge Fund, have helped over 200 families own their own homes. We help you obtain the payment and closing cost assistance as well as show you several homes in the community that have been recently constructed or renovated.

Coach Foundation has worked to facilitate the building and improvement of affordable housing in neighborhoods throughout Tampa. We operate in the economically depressed areas, revitalizing the community and helping to provide a stable environment for the community growth.

Spouse's Information
Rental History
Employment History
Bank Account Information

Schedule an appoinment and bring the following documents:

Recent Paycheck Stub
Proof of Other Income (SSI, Child Support, AFDC, etc.)
Recent Bank Statement
Any Receipts for Items Paid on your Credit Report
Bankruptcy Papers (if any)

Make sure your income is no more than the following yearly amounts listed:
